Varför Early Access?

“This game is a highly experimental project developed entirely by a solo developer in the spare moments between work and life. There are no traditional dialogue trees or pre-written storylines here. Instead, I am building a fully real-time, unscripted, and unpredictable social simulation powered by Unreal Engine 5 and local Large Language Models (LLM).

Because the interactions between human players and AI characters are so limitless, it is impossible to perfect the balance alone. I chose Early Access because I need to see how real players converse, build relationships, and test the boundaries of the system. Community feedback will directly shape the development of new gossip mechanics, Whisper Mode secrets, and overall club dynamics. This game is a living experiment, and I want to build, refine, and evolve it step by step together with the community”

“Since I am developing this project as a solo developer in my spare time, I have considered structuring the timeline into two main phases. First, I am planning a 12 to 18-month active development (Beta) period, aiming to continue building the game's mechanics and AI dynamics alongside community feedback. Following that, I anticipate transitioning into a 6 to 12-month production preparation phase strictly to refine the experience.

Throughout the Early Access journey, I plan to release regular game updates every 2-3 months. During the final refining phase, my primary focus is intended to be going over all existing systems, polishing the AI interactions, and smoothing out the overall gameplay. I hope to transition to the full release only when I feel confident that the systems have reached their most balanced and refined state.”

“In the Early Access (Alpha) version, we are offering the core foundation: local LLM integration, basic bar mechanics, personality customization, and unlimited unscripted conversations without dialogue trees. For the full version, I plan to expand upon this foundation to make the club much more reactive and deep.
The main features I aim to add include:

• Advanced Whisper Mode: We plan to introduce paths where you can discover secrets from characters, such as hidden weapon locations, escape plans (parachutes, secret keys), and martial arts manuals for use in fights.

• Deeper Club Dynamics: We are aiming to implement NPC-to-NPC gossip and information sharing, and we want character preferences for food and drinks to change dynamically with every playthrough.

• Action and Crime Elements: We plan to add armed and unarmed combat mechanics, as well as high-stakes events like extorting the club, attempting a robbery, or solving unknown mysteries.

• Technical and Visual Polish: We anticipate adding smoother animations, an advanced ability system, an improved RAG (memory/data) system for characters, and more playable characters.

Overall, by the time we reach the full version, my goal is to provide a living club atmosphere that perfectly balances romance, chaos, and action, with structured game sessions lasting 45–75 minutes each.”

“The game is currently in the Alpha stage, featuring approximately one-fourth (1/4) of the planned full release content. The core AI interactions and fundamental club mechanics are fully playable.

The current Early Access version includes the following features:

• Unlimited Dialogue System: Fully local (offline) LLM integration via Llama.cpp allows for free, unscripted conversations without any dialogue trees.

• Customization: You can edit the personalities (System Prompts) of the characters, shaping them into whoever you want them to be.

• Basic Bar Mechanics: You can sit at the bar or tables, order food and drinks, invite girls to your table, and request private dances.

• Atmosphere & Tech: The game features CUDA and Vulkan backend support, a basic RAG (memory) system, and dynamic in-game music tracks generated with Suno.ai.

While the real-time LLM conversations and core interactions are functioning smoothly, certain visual designs, animation transitions, and advanced features like deeper Whisper Mode secrets are still actively being developed and refined.”

Kommer spelet att prissättas annorlunda under och efter Early Access?

“Yes. Since the game is currently in its Alpha stage and features approximately one-fourth (1/4) of the planned full release content, I plan to set the initial Early Access price lower than the final release price to fairly reflect its current state of completion. As I continue to add new AI interactions, advanced club mechanics, hidden Whisper Mode secrets, and overall content throughout development, I plan to gradually increase the price to match the game's growing scope. This approach ensures that players who believe in the project and support it during its early stages are rewarded by getting the game at a much more affordable price.”

Hur planerar ni att involvera gemenskapen i er utvecklingsprocess?

“As a solo developer, it is impossible for me to perfect such a limitless, AI-driven world all by myself; therefore, community feedback will be my biggest guide in shaping the game's direction. For now, I plan to use my YouTube channel and our Reddit page (r/SkySoftwareStudios) as the main hubs for communicating with players, sharing development progress transparently, and gathering feedback. Through these platforms, players can track updates, report bugs, suggest new dialogue dynamics, or directly share their ideas for hidden secrets and Easter Eggs they want to see added to the Whisper Mode. I may consider other platforms as the community grows, but for now, all discussions and brainstorming will take place on YouTube and Reddit.”

In every playthrough:

    The NPCs who hold information change

    Relationships change

    Character preferences change

    Hidden knowledge changes hands

Replayability does not mean: “I will do the same thing better.”

Replayability means: “This time, I will be a completely different person.”

Even in the same place, with the same characters,
A totally different experience can emerge.

ALL NPC dialogues are generated in real time using a LOCALLY integrated large language model. This allows characters to respond dynamically to player actions, creating more varied and adaptive conversations compared to fully pre-scripted dialogue systems.

In addition, the in-game music tracks were created using AI-assisted music generation tools. These tools are used as part of the creative process to produce atmosphere-driven compositions that match the game’s tone and setting.
