Birth of a New Realm is an adult romance game with lots of sex, a pregnancy focus, bigger boobs, butts, and weight gain. You, as the protagonist, make decisions as you interact with the three women you're stranded with. Your decisions affect the story, your romance, and the sizes of their pregnancies. 

With 13 possible endings, three main romance characters that get very, very pregnant, and many silly side characters, Birth of a New Realm offers hours of enjoyment!

A few key features of the game:

• Make lots of babies! - As you play through, if you build your relationship enough with any of the women, you can choose to sleep with them any night - all through their pregnancies. 

• Character Gallery! - Once you have seen any of the characters progress in the story, a full gallery is unlocked so you can view their pregnancy progression with each character clothed or nude.

• Replay Mode! - After unlocking any of the 13 endings, you can re-view them from the gallery. Lots have tons of fanservice or enormous pregnancies!!

• Unlockable Gallery! - Each ending unlocks special gallery images for your enjoyment.

• Replayability Enhancements! - Once you've unlocked a few endings, you can opt to skip parts of the story or view how decisions impact the three women so that you can fully complete the game faster.
