Hands broken? Boss doesn’t care? Don’t worry — Jesus has the wheel. Literally. In this online co-op chaos fest, one player steers while the other accelerates and brakes — and that’s it. Coordinate perfectly or crash spectacularly. Friendship survival is optional.

About This Game

Ever tried driving when no single person can actually drive?
Good. Because that’s exactly what Jesus Take The Wheel is about.

This is a co-op chaos game for two players, where teamwork isn’t just encouraged — it’s mandatory. One player controls the steering wheel. The other handles acceleration and braking. That’s it. No overlap. No shortcuts. No divine miracles beyond yelling at your partner and hoping for the best.

Whether you’re playing locally on the same screen or online, you’ll need to cooperate closely to complete the tasks at hand. Every turn, stop, and panic brake requires communication, timing, and a shocking amount of trust.

Multiple Game Modes, Same Shared Suffering

Put your coordination (and friendship) to the test across a variety of game modes, each with its own challenges:

  • Driving School – Learn the basics. Fail spectacularly. Try again.

  • Taxi Driver – Pick up passengers, obey traffic rules (or don’t), and get them there in one emotional piece.

  • Garbage Truck Driver – Heavy vehicle, tight streets, zero room for error.

  • …and more scenarios designed to push your teamwork to the limit.

Each mode throws new obstacles, rules, and situations at you, ensuring that even when you think you’ve mastered cooperation, the game finds a new way to prove you wrong.

No In-Game Comms. Good Luck.

There is no built-in voice or text chat. If you want to succeed, you’ll have to rely on whatever communication method you bring with you — couch yelling, Discord, frantic hand signals, or interpretive screaming. Miscommunication isn’t a bug here; it’s a feature.

Goals, Challenges, and Achievements

Every mode comes with various challenges to complete, pushing you to drive better, faster, cleaner, or at least less disastrously than before. Complete objectives and unlock Steam achievements that celebrate both your triumphs and your questionable life choices.

The Real Test

At its core, Jesus Take The Wheel isn’t about driving.
It’s about cooperation under pressure, shared responsibility, and discovering whether your friendship can survive a missed brake at full speed.

Buckle up. Grab a partner. And remember:
Someone has the wheel. Someone has the pedals.
And somehow, it’s everyone’s fault.
