«FluxWerks is a technically complex game with deep automation, dynamic fluid simulation, and fully modifiable voxel terrain. Because of the sheer number of interacting systems, community feedback is absolutely vital. We want to work closely with players during Early Access to refine the UX, balance the tech tree, and thoroughly test the late-game logistics to ensure the factory-building experience is as smooth and satisfying as possible.»

FluxWerks is an automation odyssey set in a fully destructible, ever-expanding procedural world. Combine the creative freedom of voxel-based building with the deep, complex logistics of a grand-scale factory sim. Carve out your empire, harness dynamic fluids, and engineer your way from early resource gathering to managing a continent-spanning industrial powerhouse.

Key Features

Total Voxel Freedom: Every block in the world is modifiable. Strip-mine entire mountains with excavators, carve massive underground bunkers, or build sprawling platforms over or under oceans.

Deep Automation & Logistics: Design intricate assembly lines using high-speed belts, pipes, and specialized machinery. Automate everything from basic iron smelting to advanced quantum processors.

Dynamic Fluid Simulation: Harness the flow of water, oil, lava, and a variety of other industrial fluids. Use them for power generation and chemical cooling, but manage your pipes carefully—fluids interact dynamically, and dominant fluids will overwhelm and contaminate your supply lines. Beware of building too close to active volcanoes, as a sudden lava eruption can quickly consume your factory.

Nanobot Swarm Technology: Your primary tool is a swarm of nanobots. Command them to deconstruct terrain, harvest resources, and 3D-print structures.

Expansive Procedural Exploration: Venture into a vast, uncharted world. Use long-range scanners to peel back the fog and locate rare surface deposits, or dig deep to tap into endless subterranean veins of Gold and Uranium—and perhaps uncover other secrets buried in the depths.

Tech Tree: Progress through multiple technological eras. Unlock new recipes, buildings, and capabilities to continuously upgrade both your factory's efficiency and your power.

The Computing Layer: Optimize your factory with high-performance computing. Assign global compute resources to boost building speeds or increase production yields, creating a deep layer of optimization for the ultimate industrialist.

Large Scale: FluxWerks is designed to handle immense complexity. Watch thousands of items flow through your factory simultaneously as your production grows from a single drill to a global network.
