Welcome to Fragile Frontier, a physics-based co-op delivery game where you're an owl postal worker and packages really don't want to stay on your truck roof.

This demo contains the full Act 1 of The Volcano Post story campaign, plus unlimited side quest content after you finish. Your Feathers, upgrades, and progress carry over to the full game automatically — you won't lose a thing.

The Core Gameplay Loop

Your cargo stacks on the roof of your truck. Drive over a bump too hard and packages scatter across the road. Hop out, grab them, reattach — or just drive over them to auto-reattach.

• E — Pick up a package (carries above your head)
  
• E near your truck — Reattach it to the roof
  
• Drive over loose packages — Auto-reattach instantly
  
• BACKSPACE — Respawn at your last checkpoint if things go very wrong

No hard failure — just gather your packages and keep going. The only question is how chaotic the route gets.

What's in Act 1: Arrival

You play as Pip Feathermail, a postal worker who has just brought the first automobile to Moonperch Island. The locals have never seen anything like it.

• Learn the ropes at the Dock with a guided tutorial
  
• Meet Mayor Hootsworth and the owl community for the first time
  
• Install mailboxes at 6 owl homes across the island
  
• Complete your first official delivery run
  
• Discover the cliffhanger that kicks off the rest of The Volcano Post

Act 1 takes 30-45 minutes on a first playthrough, with full 1-4 player co-op throughout.

After Act 1: Side Quests Unlock

Finish the story content and Moonperch Island stays open for as long as you like. Unlimited delivery side quests spawn at the dock:

• Take repeatable delivery contracts between villager homes
  
• Earn Feathers currency from every completed delivery
  
• Spend Feathers on truck upgrades at Chester's Workshop
  
• Explore the full island at your own pace — no time limit, no pressure

Your Progress Carries Over

When you purchase the full game, your demo save transfers automatically:

• Keep all your earned Feathers — every delivery counts
  
• Keep all truck upgrades you've already unlocked
  
• Continue directly into Act 2 with your upgraded truck
  
• No replaying content you've already completed

Fly Like an Owl

• Triple Jump: Jump three times to activate glide mode
  
• Glide Mode: Spread your wings and soar — W/S to dive or pull up, SPACE to flare and land
  
• Scout routes ahead, cross wide gaps, or recover cargo mid-air

Play With Up to 3 Friends

The demo supports 1-4 players online and local co-op. Each player drives their own truck and manages their own package stack.

• Help each other recover scattered cargo
  
• Push overturned trucks back upright
  
• Glide ahead to scout the route while others catch up
  
• Drop-in/Drop-out: Friends can join mid-delivery without missing a beat
