This is a brief first look into the world of The Anomaly Detective. It is not the full game. Our goal is for you to breathe in the atmosphere, try out the core mechanics (closing eyes and anomaly detection), and see what awaits you in this uncanny hotel.

You were called in for a routine crime scene investigation, but the moment you stepped through the door, you realized this place was not normal. Fatigue, stress, or perhaps the hotel itself is bending your perception of reality. Corridors breathe, objects shift places. To survive here, you don't need a gun, you need a sound mind and your camera.

  Close Your Eyes: In doubt? Close your eyes (Key B). Wait a few seconds in the darkness, take a deep breath, and rest your mind.

  See the Truth: What vanished when you opened your eyes were merely hallucinations. However, if there are objects that still remain, have changed, or look strange even after opening your eyes... Those are your real evidence.

A SILENT INVESTIGATION

There is no chatting with the receptionist or interrogating suspects in this hotel. There is only you and your powers of observation.

• Peek into rooms through door cracks.

• Witness the suspects' most private, secret moments in silence.

• Take photos of the real (non-vanishing) anomalies in the corridors.

SOLVE THE CASE

Every photo you collect and every clue you find is pinned to your detective board. In this atmospheric experience created by a solo developer, you must piece together the data to reach a conclusion. Which door do the clues on your board lead you to? Finding the real culprit depends on your observation skills and keeping your sanity intact.
