Cringer's Rise

Cringer's Rise is a visual novel game. It follows Zhenhua, a modern-day man who transmigrates into the body of Zhou Cheng, a noble prince of the Yan Kingdom sentenced to death. In this desperate situation, a system glitch reveals that his former fiancée, Cheng Qiushui, is actually madly in love with him. He then unlocks a 100,000-square-meter inventory space and a modern weapons mall.

Players advance the story through exploration and choices, unlocking various achievements. By teaming up with Cheng Qiushui—who secretly leads the Zhou Army—you will overpower the imperial authority of the Yan Kingdom and ultimately found a brand-new dynasty, enjoying the ultimate thrill of ancient-modern warfare.

Game Background

The Zhou Clan, led by the Grand General who safeguards the Yan Kingdom, has been loyal for generations. Yet their great achievements arouse the Yan Emperor’s fear, leading to a frame-up that sentences the entire clan to execution.

Zhou Cheng, the fourth son of the Zhou Clan, is actually the transmigrated modern youth Zhenhua. With only three days left to live, he finds himself trapped in a hopeless situation. Just then, a binding error occurs in his system: the target is switched to his former fiancée, Cheng Qiushui. Unexpectedly, her love for him is already at maximum level. As a reward, Zhou Cheng gains a 100,000-square-meter portable space and a modern weapons mall.

The Yan Emperor sets up an inescapable trap to wipe out the Zhou Clan. But the seemingly delicate Cheng Qiushui is secretly the leader of the mysterious Zhou Army, who has long been clearing obstacles for him in secret. Thus begins the Zhou Clan’s journey of revenge and seizing power.
