This game is a story-driven adult visual novel, and Early Access allows us to release the core experience while continuing to expand the narrative, scenes, and character interactions based on player feedback.

Tietoa pelistä

Last Resort is an adult visual novel with sandbox elements and light minigames.

After your grandfather’s death, you inherit his old motel in the middle of nowhere. Your parents take it as the perfect excuse to kick you out — so now the motel is your new home.

There’s just one problem: the place isn’t normal.

Strange guests begin to arrive — humans, demons, ghosts, witches, undead — each with their own stories, secrets, and desires. On top of that, the motel itself seems to be under a curse connected to your grandfather’s past.

The game blends story-driven dialogue with player choices and free exploration. After key scenes, you can explore the motel through a sandbox map, visit different locations, trigger character events, and manage your time across different parts of the day.

You’ll also assign guests to rooms, interact through small management-style mechanics, and unlock scenes based on your decisions and relationships.

Your choices shape interactions, unlock events, and slowly reveal the truth behind the motel — and the role you’ll play in its future.

Run the motel.
Deal with the supernatural.
Decide what kind of story this becomes.
