The kingdom is in disarray as Prince John Lackland and his high-maintenance, mood-swinging family rule the land.

As the new royal cook, your goal is to keep Prince John's family happy and well-fed. You literally cook for your life: lose their respect, you’ll be hanged, serve them on a bad day, you’ll be hanged.

Your only hope lies in the return of King Richard and Robin Hood and his Merry Folk seem to believe YOU might be the key to putting him back on England’s throne.

Will you steal from the rich to give to the poor… or take from the poor to feed the rich?

Cut, pour, whisk, mix, tease the fire. Precision and focus are your allies to create mouth-watering recipes through fun mini-games. Cook a different exquisite meal every day, the royals do deserve the best after all...

Meet the new royal family, the ones who decide if you live or die. Whether it’s fair or not is irrelevant, they will ask for your head on a pike if they are in a bad mood or if you lose their respect.

Encounter the figures from the Robin Hood legend, learn their stories, and choose whether, or not, to support the Merry Folks' rebellion against the 1%.

As a newcomer, people don’t know you well, but they need your help to tend to their business. Be careful who you give a hand to, the new royals taking over the throne did not over well with everyone.

Time is a finite resource. Collect the ingredients you need take time out of your day, so be careful where you spend it!

Ensure the castle pantry stays stocked with fresh and delicious products. You may lack a key ingredient for dinner if you don’t.

✨ Demo Content

The demo is now available and includes the first chapter of the game, with around 2 hours of gameplay. It gives you a quick yet solid introduction to the core gameplay loop, cooking mechanics and a taste of the story and characters.

• The first chapter, featuring cooking, drama and a mystery about stollen white truffles

• 9 locations and 15 characters, visit Nottingham and its surroundings, meet the villagers and learn their stories

• 10 recipe, each with variations accross 5 mini-games

🔮 Full Game Content Preview

The full release will significantly expand on the demo, bringing a much larger scope of content:

• 6 full chapters, taking place accross different seasons

• Around 40 characters and 15 locations (+ each location will have story-driven and seasonal variations)

• 20 recipe, including new mini games

• Multiple character storylines to explore

The full game will offer roughly 10 to 20 hours of gameplay depending on the path you take.

We did try gen-IA to create early place holders of the characters (environments and meals are 100% human made). We realized that it sucks and unsurprizingly it can't compare to what human artists can do. What you currently see in the game has already been cleaned up, but in order to make sure there is no trace of gen-IA left, we are in the process of remaking all the characters from scratch.
