„The Guild Manager has a substantial amount of content, and we want to shape it together with our players. By launching in Early Access, we can gather feedback from the community early on, understand what players truly think, and use those insights to refine the gameplay experience while continuously expanding and improving the game. We truly believe that player input is key to making a game better.”

While some later content is still in development, the current version is stable and highly playable. ”

Welcome to Your Guild

Here, every member is an individual. They aren't just "Warriors" or "Mages"—they have their own personalities (hot‑headed, lazy, optimistic, sharp‑tongued), hobbies (fishing addict, enchantment fanatic), relationships (best friends, rivals, secret crushes), and unique backstories.

Your management style directly shapes their growth, loyalty, and whether they stay or leave. Beyond improving gear and levels, you must keep an eye on morale, fatigue, and team chemistry. Make the "slackers" and the "grinders" coexist peacefully, pair the "loners" with the "chatterboxes"—this is a deeper art than simple stat optimization.

Management & Growth

  • Recruitment: Browse résumés and conduct interviews at the tavern. Meet all kinds of adventurers—and yes, you might run into some "unexpected" oddballs.

  • Classes: Warriors, Mages, Rogues, Paladins, Druids, Hunters, Warlocks, Shamans, Priests—a wide range of classes at your disposal, each with skills you can combine to maximize their potential.

  • Management: Plan weekly activities, resolve team conflicts, and set up loot distribution rules. Will you prioritize gearing up your core members or ensure balanced development? The choice is yours.

  • Training: Assign training tasks, craft exclusive gear, respond to personal requests, and unlock each member's hidden potential.

  • Construction: Upgrade buildings like the Town Hall, Bank, Auction House, Forge, and Tavern. Each structure has unique functions to help you run your guild more efficiently.

Core Features

  • Stress System

    Every member is a living being. They accumulate stress from failed loot rolls, lost battles, poor decisions, low stats, or failed missions. High stress can lead to low morale, misplays, stubbornness, or even fleeing from battle or quitting the guild—managing emotions is just as important as managing combat power.

  • Command System

    In raids, you'll transform into a true Guild Master, issuing real‑time commands through modular orders. Immerse yourself in the thrill of MMORPG combat as your tactical decisions determine the survival and victory of your team.

  • Gear System

    Raids come in all shapes and sizes, and so does the loot. There's no such thing as "the absolute best" gear—only the "best for the current situation." Building a gear setup that fits each member's class, personality, and role in the team is the key to victory.

Endless Challenges & Infinite Possibilities

  • Define Your Own Leadership Style
    Your guild, your rules. Will you be a dictator, a people‑pleaser, or will you funnel resources into creating one "boss‑level" superstar? Your choices will lead your guild down completely different paths.

  • Random Members & Events
    Every recruitment can bring a surprise. Those seemingly ordinary newcomers might hide astonishing talent—a "hidden gem" waiting to be nurtured. Train them, discover their potential, and they could become your ultimate ace for conquering the final raid.

  • Multiple Difficulty Challenges
    Each major raid comes in three difficulties: Normal, Heroic, and Epic. Continuously tackling higher difficulties isn't just a test for your team—it's the ultimate proof of your strategic vision and commanding skills as a Guild Master.
