Your job at PIPECORE is simple: maintain the flow. You are tasked with descending into the infinite sewer infrastructure to clear "biological obstructions" and trash build-ups. Management reminds you that safety equipment is expensive, but you are replaceable.

Horror Pipes is a claustrophobic survival horror FPS with roguelite elements. Navigate narrow, procedural tunnels, manage your dwindling resources, and decide whether to fight or run.

This game contains frequent violence and gore involving firearms and fantasy creatures. Players use shotguns to dismember enemies, resulting in blood splatters and decapitations. The atmosphere is consistently oppressive, dark, and designed to induce fear and claustrophobia.
