O tej grze

The year is 2008. You just picked up some random platformer in a bargain bin called "International Waters" for your Game Station 3000. While waiting for your stop on the city bus, you decide to play the game for a bit.

International Waters is a solo-developed platformer. Collect the keys, fight bosses and boat around as you uncover the truth about this dark corrupted world, and your place in it.

Features

  • There are two main sides to the experience.

  • The ocean side: A 3D world which you traverse an open sea by boat to explore and find levels.

  • The platformer side: 2D platforming levels that you play and try to beat to collect keys and progress through the game.

  • 20+ platforming levels. 

  • An original soundtrack of 30+ songs in the game.

  • Original animations, art, 3D assets sound effects, and textures. 

  • 5 Simple mechanics: Move, Jump, Shoot, Blink and Parry.

  • 15 boss fights.

  • Drive a boat

  • Sit on a bus

Entering The World

After you customize your character and beat the tutorial, you begin by driving around in a makeshift boat with an unclear picture of the world around you. You can use your radar to find the different destinations which take you to different platforming levels. As you beat these levels, you gain keys. The more keys you get, the more of the world you uncover. 

The story

You and your two buds go on a voyage deep at sea until you find a massive island. As you go around this island, you learn more about what this island is and where it came from, and the monster behind it all.
