What begins as a familiar location gradually becomes hostile and unpredictable.

The core experience revolves around exploration and observation. As you move through the hospital, the environment reacts to your presence: lights flicker or fail, spaces subtly distort, and events occur based on how you explore. A hostile entity begins to emerge over time, increasing pressure with each loop.
