Rester — a different take on time management. Instead of tracking every minute you work and encouraging productivity guilt, Rester gently nudges you to take healthy, regular breaks.

How it works

Rester displays a clean, full-screen overlay that temporarily blocks input to underlying applications. The overlay can be dismissed automatically when the break timer ends or manually canceled. It’s designed to interrupt long, focused sessions and remind you to move, rest your eyes, or eat — helping you maintain better habits and wellbeing.
