The poles look vast, cold, and empty. Complete mini-tasks, overcome courses, chart your route with the map, visit research stations, open ice fields, and quiet spots. Your dreams may feel far away. But you keep moving forward.

Sometimes not thinking is best. Fish on the ice. Break the rhythm. Set off again.
