About This Demo

This is a demo for a game called Goojeegoop. Goojeegoop is a roguelike survival game, whereby your primary mechanics are

1. Your click (LMB)

AND

2. Your 'slots'

By clicking on and defeating enemies, you gain xp, which will level you up and grant you access to new slots.

The 'slot' you are on determines what effects will be applied to an enemy on that given 'slot'.

Every slot can have a different combination of perks, and these perks will do different things to the enemies when clicked.

The game currently has

1 map

1 enemy type

1 slot effect (leak, which can be applied across multiple slots, or it can stack in the same slot for a stronger effect during said slot)

The current 'game loop' is as follows...
You spawn in

You click enemies to make their health go down

You try to stay alive and avoid taking damage for as long as possible.

You avoid damage by clicking on enemies at the right time.

By clicking, you gain xp which can be used to level up and acquire more 'slots'
