“We plan to release the game in Early Access to continue development with the support and feedback of the community. Early Access will allow us to expand upon the foundations shown in the demo, refine gameplay systems, improve balance, and develop additional content while actively involving players in the process.

“Early Access will begin once the initial version of the game is released. We expect the game to remain in Early Access for approximately 18 to 24 months. During this time, development will focus on expanding the game beyond the content shown in the demo, as well as refining and improving the core gameplay experience. The exact duration may vary as development progresses.

Slendyjan is a fast-paced first-person action experience that blends high-speed combat with a dark, story-driven setting, encouraging players to stay aggressive, stay alert, and survive long enough to uncover the reality behind the war.

Slendyjan takes place on a planet devastated by a war that has been consuming all the races that inhabit it for years. The player follows Jan, an exceptionally powerful mercenary fighting alongside the Nuggets, an advanced civilization from an unknown world.

Years ago, the Nuggets arrived on Earth with a proposal for peace: an exchange of advanced technology in return for the energy required to sustain their species. The agreement was accepted by Humans and Mushrooms, but as tensions grew, the balance between factions collapsed and war became inevitable.

As Jan is sent deeper into hostile territories, combat becomes relentless and survival depends on constant movement, sharp reflexes, and decisive action. The world does not wait for the player to slow down, and hesitation is often punished.

Progression unfolds through intense encounters and carefully designed environments where mastery comes from learning enemy behavior, adapting on the fly, and maintaining momentum. Each area challenges the player to push forward while uncovering fragments of the truth behind the conflict.
