Inside the fog, your voice is power. Use your microphone to cast archaic spells, manipulate the environment, and solve complex puzzles. But remember: every word spoken is a beacon for what moves in the shadows. In Mistbound, knowing the secrets of the fog is the only way out, and communication is a constant risk between life and death.

A World That Responds to Your Voice

The Mistland are a closed, shifting place. To escape, you must understand what keeps you trapped, explore unstable environments, and decide when to speak and when to remain silent.

Learn to improve

Consult your Talking Grimoire, a mysterious entity that will teach you the correct pronunciation of new spells and reveal fragments of a past life. Studying its pages is the only way to face the cursed realm and find an escape route among the secrets of the past.

Truth and Lies

You will explore the contrast between truth and lies. Each spell can reveal or distort reality: speaking the truth shows the world as it is, while lying alters it, changing paths, rules, and possibilities. Choosing between these two sides becomes a core part of the puzzles.
