About This Game

Cognitive Fracture is a single-player, first-person psychological horror set in an active mental asylum. You play as Aaron, trapped between treatment, experiments, and madness, where reality begins to fracture. Explore, solve puzzles, and uncover the horrifying truth behind trauma and identity fractures.

Story

Aaron wakes in an asylum where reality and delusion blur. Through notes, encounters, and environments, he uncovers one central secret that explains the horrors he faces and challenges his very sense of self.
