No experience is needed to improve posture, energy, and balance with just a small amount of practice. This accessible experience guides you through nine core movements inspired by Tai Chi and Buddhism, following a neutral avatar and allowing you to practice your own way—through meditation, gentle exercise, or a game-like flow—while sitting, standing, or moving. By aligning your intention with the Awareness Ball, you flow through the elements of Water, Wind, Fire, Earth, and Void, then expand your awareness outward to include Self, Other, and World. This app has been tested and used since 2016 as the Inner Kung Fu Game.
