WELCOME! TO! THE! JANKENPON! HISTORY!!!

jankenpon is a fast-paced roguelike Rock–Paper–Scissors tournament where luck is optional, cheating is encouraged, and the rules are made to be bent.

Win matches, stack damage, buy upgrades, and survive a tournament that evolves run after run.

A TOURNAMENT-DRIVEN ROGUELIKE

Each run follows a simple but ruthless loop:

• Match
  Win rounds of Rock–Paper–Scissors to deal damage.
  Stack hits until one fighter’s HP reaches zero.

• Shop
  Spend your winnings on bracelets that twist probabilities, outcomes, and core rules.

• Map
  Pick your own path on the map. Make a stop at the shop, train your moves, or battle enemies. Only one goal... get to the boss and show him what you are made of !

• Boss Fights
  You are looking for a real challenge ? Boss Fights are just what you need. They are tougher and can switch their strategies during the match.

ARCHETYPES

At the start of a run, choose an Archetype.

Archetypes are powerful, cheat-like modifiers that influence how the game behaves:

• How information is revealed

• How much control you have over outcomes

• How you mitigate randomness

• How you take risks

They don’t dictate a single strategy, they shape the entire run and push you toward different builds and decisions.

BRACELETS

Bracelets are your main source of progression.

They:

• Modify probabilities and outcomes

• Reward specific playstyles

• Create unexpected synergies

• Stack into increasingly chaotic effects

You have a limited number of slots, so choose carefully !

CHEATS (IT IS REALLY ALLOWED)

Yes.
Cheating is allowed.

Use special effects to escape bad situations, flip matches, or push your advantage even further.

But be careful:
your opponents cheat too.

Especially the bosses.
