Where are we going?

You play as Vaati, a thorny devil in search of a certain destination, who is attacked in the open fields by menacing eagles at least twice his size. During the attack, he loses an important item crucial for his journey ahead. In pursuit of its thieves, Vaati reaches for his scrappy gun and knife, determined to regain what was lost.

Up ahead, bandits lurk in the shadows, ready to ambush you in close combat or pick you of with ranged attacks. Manage your timing, spacing, and limited bullets to dispose of the pests.

Explore the world!

Use the map to uncover every hidden corner and challenge the game has to offer. Scavenge materials and upgrades to enhance your equipment, durability, and combat strength in preparation for your next encounter. Discover new abilities to reach areas that were previously inaccessible. Every upgrade and secret found might make the difference when facing the boss.
