Car Factory Tycoon is a realistic, hands-on factory sim where you start in a cramped garage and build your way toward a full-scale car operation. Place equipment, manage your layout, train workers, and turn raw parts into finished cars—one build step at a time.

In the early game, every decision matters: where you place a parts shelf, how you organize parking, and which cars you prioritize can mean the difference between a smooth workflow and a garage full of traffic jams. Build inventory, fulfill customer orders, and decide when to open your sales lot for walk-in buyers.

This is an actively developing project with a playable garage prototype. Expect fast iteration and improvements as the systems expand from “garage builder” into a deeper production-line and company simulation.
