Unlock four elemental psychic abilities Force, Ice, Fire, and Electricity via experimental injections. Use them to shatter enemies and manipulate the environment. However, every use drains your Sanity. Deplete it, and you face the Insanity Debuff: your health drains, your vision distorts, and reality fractures. • Elemental Combinations & Puzzles: Combat and exploration are deeply intertwined. Use Ice to freeze a leaking pipe, then Force Push to shatter the frozen barrier.
