Play cards against computer opponent, uncover hidden effects and earn currency to upgrade yourself. Each game cards gain random effects - one visible and others hidden. To get to the end will require you to adapt and memorize. It will too require you to be lucky.

A játékról

Ins[i]ght is an experimental card game where you play against computer opponent. The twist is - every session all cards acquire new set of random effects, making every session unique with what card options are available. Not only that, some of the cards have hidden effects that are not specified in their description, but you can observe those hidden effects through gameplay. Once you realize what was the hidden effect you can "insight" the card during the time of your turn - it is a mechanic that allows you to reveal the hidden effect/s and reward you with currency you can spend in game for upgrades. In case your guess was wrong - the card is played against you, and you lose your turn.

Gameplay loop:

  • You are dealt 18 cards total, 6 in your hand.

  • With limit of energy reserve and 20 second timer you get to play your cards.

  • Once you finish your turn, opponent will make their move.

  • In case you have no cards in hand on your turn, you will be given 6 in hand.

  • In case there is/are card/s you already played, you can "insight" them. Correct insight will reward you with currency.

  • After victory, you can spend the currency on upgrades and play again.
