The Guidelines: Hotel Napoli is a horror observation simulation that blends "Napolitan" rule-based horror with a chilling surveillance system. From an isolated monitor room, you must analyze static CCTV snapshots capturing the hotel's most private corners. Maintain your composure as the environment around you begins to warp and the mundane turns macabre.

  • Static Horror, Lingering Dread: This is not a live feed. Detect subtle, terrifying changes through CCTV snapshots updated at specific intervals. The horror lies in what changed between the frames.

  • Reporting and Classification System: Detected anomalies must be handled differently depending on their threat level.

    • Non-human Presence

  • Napolitan-Style Manuals: Master the daily checklists and operational guidelines provided to you. But beware—the text may distort without warning, and the rules you once trusted may suddenly contradict reality.

  • Exposed Surveillance: The cameras hidden throughout the guest rooms are not always invisible. If a guest stares directly into a lens or damages a camera, report it immediately to the designated number for "follow-up." Do not question why these cameras were hidden in the first place.

  • Psychological Isolation: Endure the crushing pressure of a cramped, dark backroom equipped only with a monitor and a telephone. Earn your high hourly wage—if you can survive the mental toll.
