The world shuts down due to an outbreak that turns people into zombies. The Global AI takes over to form quarantine zones. You are one of the survivors in a walled off block under quarantine. The city is covered in miasma that sickens people, but you're less affected by it. Perhaps you are the chosen one to save the people in the block.

Gather food and supplies to trade with other survivors. Craft, farm, and cook to make things to help you. As you manage your Energy, Mental, and Hygiene. Build a relationship with survivors by talking to them, giving them gifts, and taking on personal quests to help them. Romance the many beautiful women. Eventually, convert them to your cult.

Watch out and keep yourself from being spotted, as zombies are deadly and can lower your Mental if they spot you. With the right preparation, you may be able to fight them off with a weapon.

Learn skills by reading books to help your survival. From learning to communicate better, craft and cook better, etc, to be more useful to the survivors as well as your own survival.

The game features animated, full, uncensored adult content with partial voice acting. 

Dive into the world of Apocalypse Cult Leader, and save the people of your block as you give them not just a way to survive but purpose to continue living.
