CONDOMINIUM: NO EXIT is a horror adventure game that explores trauma and identity. Venture into the mysterious otherworld known as “Rubicon” and recover everything that once belonged to you. The choices you make may safely return Rio to reality — or bind her to Rubicon forever.

Rio is a frail yet kind-hearted girl who has struggled with poor health since birth. On the train ride home after a heated argument with her childhood friend, a strange light from her phone pulls her into an unfamiliar dimension called "Rubicon".

There, she encounters an arrogant helper known as "Unhappy". Intrigued by Rio, Unhappy offers to help her escape. However, the further Rio ventures in pursuit of freedom, the more she is forced to confront cruel truths she desperately wished to forget...
