Fee Payment & Cigarettes is a game about spotting anomalies, inspired by The Exit 8.

You’re about to check into a hospital, and you must complete every item on the payment checklist.

Depending on whether you encounter anomalies on your way to pay the fees, you’ll either head straight to the payment counter or duck into the smoking area for a cigarette to calm your nerves.

You’ll traverse the same floors over and over, only to be met with ever-changing anomalies each time.

Experience the (not so) genuine terror and helplessness of being without a cigarette to lean on.
