„Releasing Squidview to players in Early Access will allow me to receive feedback in the early stages, so I can do my best to satisfy the wants and needs of players before the final version of the game is released.”

„Squidview is planned to be in Early Access for less than two years.”

„The full version of Squidview is planned to include more in-depth gameplay. While the Early Access version is playable and has many fun elements to it, I plan to add a diverse selection of careers, hobbies, islanders, shops, locations, activities, and more. These include, but are not limited to, cars and other vehicles, a university, a filming studio, fairgrounds, a country club, and a bounty hunting agency. These features are hoped to be released in small constant updates. Smaller updates every couple of weeks, and larger updates every couple of months. See 'Upcoming Features' above for more.”

„The current Early Access version of the game provides you with hours of enjoyable content. You can earn money in different ways, via listed jobs or by selling goods, such as cooked dishes, cultivated plants, and caught fish at the marketplace. You can chat with islanders to learn information about different islanders, as well as White Shell Island. You can befriend, hangout, start romantic relationships, go on dates, and even propose and marry islanders. You can accept quests from islanders to earn rewards. You can purchase plots, houses, and decorations to create their dream home. Character customization is available so that you can make your islander feel like you. See 'Features' above for more.”

Welcome to White Shell Island, a diverse, tropical landscape. You have just received an invite to a fresh start in paradise. On arrival, you realize the island has so much more to offer than you had originally thought. Design your islander, purchase outfits and find your unique style, chat with dozens of interesting islanders, pursue romances, cook dishes, plant crops, fish, discover hobbies, make money in honorable or dishonorable ways, buy different plots, and decorate your dream house.
