Play as Max, a chaotic kid enjoying a perfectly normal summer day at the beach, running around, causing harmless trouble, and soaking up the sun, until the heat becomes too much and he drifts off to sleep.

When Max wakes up, everything feels… off.

The beach is still there, but it’s been twisted into a dream-born island, shaped by imagination rather than reality. Strange structures, broken landmarks, and impossible scenarios emerge as Max explores a world that no longer follows normal rules.

At its core, the game is about being a carefree kid again. Players are free to be as mischievous as they want, making bold, silly, or absurd decisions without real-world punishment. There are no traditional fail states—only meaningful narrative consequences.

Every choice directly affects how the story unfolds and how the narrator responds. The narration dynamically adapts to player behavior, commenting on disobedience, acknowledging unexpected actions, and reshaping the tone and direction of the experience. Different decisions lead to distinct narrative paths, reactions, and outcomes, encouraging replayability and experimentation.

Stranded on a dream-born island version of the shore, Max must:
