Awakening in the eternal twilight of "Wind Howling," Alex remembers nothing. Not his name, not his past, and certainly not the grotesque monstrosities hunting him from the shadows. His only lifeline is Rowan—a rugged, protective survivor who claims they are lovers, bound by a history Alex cannot recall.

But as they fight to survive the horrors of this cursed land, cracks begin to form in Rowan’s perfect story. A strange signal pierces the static, bringing the voice of Eliot—a man claiming to know the real truth behind Alex’s arrival.
