Immerse yourself as a young Chief of Police and take charge of a County Police Station. Your mission? Clear Winston Springs from the criminal influence that started in the City. Your role? Help Winston Springs County Police Station "build back better" and swing the odds in the favour of the law!

Start from scratch by setting up and developing a Police Station - from taking in Case Registrations through Case Examination to Case Execution - lead your personnel through the process of documenting crimes, collecting leads and solving them. Expand your influence and team to take on more crimes and more criminals and expand the Police Station's reach! Hire additional Police Officers, Detectives and Office Workers to take the burden of work off of your shoulders and observe as the once empty Police Station now thrives.

Being the Chief of Police is not just about managing resources. Your ultimate goal is to cleanse each district of Winston Springs County from the clutches of notorious Gang Leaders. Use the Tactical Map to navigate different neighbourhoods, gather intelligence, and build a strong force to take down these kingpins. Send out Patrol Units, Gather Intel and hire Detectives to interrogate the Biker Gang Members for any leads that may help you catch the Gang Leaders. Build up a Detective Board full of crucial information about the Biker Ganks and its Leaders to end their grasp on Winston Springs County.
