From your high-rise tower, you orchestrate a clandestine cultural network. Recruit allies, trade prohibited goods, and defy the Cultural Interdiction Brigade (CIB). • Strategy & logistics: recruit lookouts, delivery agents, and resellers. Manage your stock of forbidden items (Audio Tapes, Fanzines) without drawing the attention of authorities or rival gangs.

• Deep narrative immersion: the gameplay is inseparable from a rich storyline. Each team member has their own history. Your actions will have direct political and personal consequences on the Cité’s life.
