Toro 7 is a story-focused erotic science fiction game. You play as a security officer who has just been assigned to a deep-sea research station. Upon arrival, you learn that your predecessor died under suspicious circumstances, and it will be up to you to figure out what happened. Was he murdered? And, if so, which of the station's nine inhabitants did it?

There are three romantically compatible people on the station for each choice, and you can start a sexual relationship with one of them per playthrough. The cast of characters is varied, and each of them has their own backstory and personality. There are multiple explicit sex scenes for each of them.

The game has over 4000 fully rendered 3D images. Playtime is 2-4 hours for the first playthrough, and there is content for 10 different playthroughs (although a substantial amount of content is shared across all playthroughs).
