For ages, the dwarves have defended their mountain and its sacred heart. But fallen clans, now cursed, seek to drag all others into the realm of the forgotten. These dwarves lack all emotion, have abandoned all bonds of fellowship, and will do anything to claim your mountain. Build your base and stand against them—your mountain must not fall.

The lands are rich with resources—wood, stone, food, and more. Gather them by hand early on, then automate production as your settlement grows. Once your economy is running, turn your focus to hunting down enemy encampments, strengthening your defenses, and preparing for the harsh days ahead.

The farther you venture from your mountain, the more dangerous the lands become—but the rewards grow just as steeply. Decide whether the risk is worth the riches, or stay closer to home for safer, smaller gains. Rare resources lie in the outer regions, enabling stronger units, new buildings, and powerful upgrades.

With each passing day, enemy forces grow stronger in the shadows, ready to strike in larger and more frequent waves. Only by training brave dwarves and building solid defenses can you withstand the assault and survive the coming onslaught.

Your primary goal is to defend the mountainits heart is sacred to the dwarves of your settlement. But survival isn’t just about defense; maintaining a good relationship with the mountain itself is crucial. If your people go hungry or fail to honor the heart, consequences will follow. Keep it pleased, however, and you may be rewarded.
