You will find them in 4 possible areas based on your progress.

In local PvP is where you can duel your friends to be the best outlaw, selecting from blue or red team, this game play is ideal for challenges at events and parties.

The motto of the duels is: ... To be the very best outlaw that no one ever was. To defeat all is the real test. To be wanted dead or alive is my cause. To travel across the land. Searching for opponents far and wide.... each outlaw to understand the power that is inside :)
