Humanity’s modest, yet earnest prayer was finally heard by the "Math God."

However, the God lacked a sense of nuance. He misinterpreted their plea as a request for a real challenge: "Make it much, much harder!"

When humanity grew furious at the impossible difficulty, the Math God—now fed up with their constant complaining—trapped all of mankind within a "Prison of Calculation."

Defeat the Math God, who has clearly gone too far, and liberate humanity from this numerical nightmare!

Features

MAaaaaTH! is a bullet hell shooter with the following features:

• Build your ship using "Quartz" earned as rewards. By combining Quartz, you can customize every aspect of your performance—from speed and attack power to ship size and time manipulation abilities.

• Your performance is dynamically determined by the calculation results of your ship's "Formulas" (set in your build) and "Variables" that fluctuate during the stage.

Builds

• Customize your weapons by equipping items called "Quartz" into the 4 slots available on each weapon.

• Quartz affect multiple performance parameters. Some Quartz have trade-offs; use combinations to offset these downsides with other Quartz.

• Weapons have different specializations and functions, such as "Piercing Bullets," "Spread Bullets," and "Time Manipulation."

• You can bring up to 4 weapons into a stage. Switch between them to gain the advantage in different situations. You will acquire more weapons as you progress through the stages.

Weapon Examples

Spread

A weapon that fires shots spreading forward in a fan shape.

• Parameters

  • SPREAD BULLET COUNT: The number of bullets fired simultaneously.

  • SPREAD ANGLE STEP: The angle interval between simultaneously fired bullets.

Watch

A weapon specializing in time manipulation called "Overclock." Its other stats are lower to compensate.

• Parameters

  • OVERCLICK CAPACITY: The maximum duration for continuous operation. It recharges when not in use.

  • OVERCLOCK BUS SCALE: The multiplier for the flow of time during time manipulation. If set to 0.5, time will flow at half speed when activated, giving you an advantage in dodging bullets.

  • OVERCLOCK MULTIPLIER: The speed multiplier for your ship alone during time manipulation. While slowing down the world, you can increase your own movement and reload speeds, allowing you to escape impossible situations or unleash massive firepower.
