Affixes: Permanent passive stats that form the backbone of your machine.

Your combat style dictates your power through the Protocol, a Brain - Machine balance value that shifts dynamically during the match, Using Brainwave abilities increase Protocol level, accelerates your cooldowns while Relying on Perks decreases Protocol level, speeds up your weapon, movement, and armor charges. Mastering this flow is the difference between a successful extraction and a total wreck.

Scavenge a procedural map for resources and trade with mysterious map elements for temporary power.

Four extraction gates are your only way out. Reach one to secure 100% of your loot. If you are destroyed or forced to retreat, the Steelarchy reclaims 50% of everything you gathered.
