Aroya Knight features a high-fidelity world where generative AI was utilized as a tool in the early stages of asset creation. Every AI-assisted asset—including environment tiles and character bases—has been manually edited, retouched, and integrated by the developer to ensure a cohesive hand-drawn aesthetic.

Furthermore, while AI assisted in refining certain code structures, the core gameplay systems (including the 3,000+ line player controller and enemy AI) were hand-written and architected to ensure the precision required for a demanding Metroidvania.
