Miksi Early Access?

As an independent development team, we chose Early Access to continue developing Real Life: Dorm Affairs while gathering player feedback on gameplay systems, pacing, and overall experience. Early Access allows us to refine mechanics, expand content, and improve balance over time, while staying closely connected to the community.

The Early Access version includes the core gameplay systems, early story chapters, key characters, and a fully accessible open-world coastal city set on an island. While fully playable, additional content, storylines, and systems will be expanded throughout Early Access.

Yes. The game is planned to be offered at a lower price during Early Access. As development progresses and new content, features, and story chapters are added, the price is expected to increase for the full release.

Story

Mike arrives in a sunlit seaside city hoping to work his way through college, but his new job at a women’s dorm quickly becomes more than expected. As he grows close to the girls who depend on him, he’s drawn into a mix of romance, loyalty, and the city’s hidden criminal networks — where local gangs prey on vulnerable students, pushing Mike into dangerous choices that could change all their lives.

Gameplay

Real Life: Dorm Affairs is a third-person story-driven game where you bring a struggling dormitory back to life. Clean, repair, and restore abandoned rooms, welcome new female students, and decide who to help, who to trust, and who to grow closer to. Your actions shape Mike’s relationships with each of them and influence how life in the dorm will change. Throughout Early Access, the game will expand with new rooms, new students, and new storylines.
