What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Danmaku Creation:
You can create Danmaku using over 30 different bullet types.
Cross-Compatibility: Created patterns are compatible with the mobile game "Touhou Madouroku".

Limitations:
The boss and background music for the Danmaku cannot be changed yet.
In-game language documentation is currently text-only.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?
