Within His View is a dual-perspective observation horror where watching the cameras keeps you safe — until it doesn’t.

You’re deployed into a remote cabin deep in the forest, tasked with documenting a violent paranormal entity that feeds on fear, paranoia, and your sanity.
The cabin is warm and nostalgic, lit by retro lamps and wooden interiors straight from the 80s… but every room around you is alive with something that should not be there.

You’re not watching the horror from a distance.
You’re sitting inside it.

THE DIGITAL WORLD — Cameras

Inspect the monitor, switch through rooms, scan for anomalies, and report them before they overwhelm you.
Every correct report restores your sanity.
Every mistake pushes you closer to losing your mind.

THE REAL WORLD — Your Room

Look away from the monitor and physically turn around.
The Wendigo can approach you from three directions, completely silently.
Aim your flashlight at it before it reaches you — or it will end your run instantly.

Stare at the cameras too long?
You die.
Ignore the cameras too long?
You die.

The entire game is a balancing act between awareness and obsession.

A Night That Escalates Into Madness

The clock starts at 00:00 and ends at 07:00 — a complete run lasts 20 minutes of real time.
As the night progresses, anomalies multiply, sanity drains faster, and the Wendigo becomes increasingly aggressive.

You’re not trying to kill it.
You can’t kill it.
You’re here to study it — and survive long enough to pass the information to a specialized response team.

If you make it to the morning, someone else might live because of the data you gathered.
If you fail, the cabin simply consumes you like all the others.
