While being the third entry, the plot of this game maintains connections with the previous two installments. Throughout the experience, players must search for clues and piece together evidence to uncover the truth behind the case and reveal hidden events. The ultimate fate of all characters hinges on the player's decisions. With everyone's lives at stake, every choice must be made with caution.

Story Background

Xieling Ridge, a centuries-old town sheltered by the faith of the Three Purities.

The sudden death of the wealthy Merchant Qin is like a stone thrown into deep water, stirring up all the undercurrents. At the funeral, a returned policewoman, a lone girl seeking refuge, a mysterious Taoist priest, a Gu-witch searching for her roots, and an antique dealer with a hidden past—each with their own secrets—gather in the eerie Qin family mansion.

Yet, the ritual of death is far from over. When the steward meets a gruesome end in a locked room, an invisible barrier descends, trapping everyone inside this coffin for the living. No one is innocent; no one can be trusted.

An ancient curse whispers, and behind the legendary Three Purities statues said to grant wishes lurks a more sinister presence. Every person who prays to the idols pays an unforeseen price. Is this a divine trial, or the cruel game of a malevolent force?
