Petrichor is a JRPG about a space cub going on a quest to find the perfect houseplant. As the cosmos and the stars are in danger, all seems lost. But a light is still glowing. After waking up from a 3 day nap, Jobert has now a new fixation - getting a cool looking plant. And nothing will stop him from getting it, not even the death of the universe. 

As he wakes up, Jobert finds himself in a bit of a pickle: earthquakes and monsters are ravaging his home planetoid. And it smells weird! Determined to find a suitable houseplant and help everyone out of obligation, he embarks on journey that will take him across the cosmos - from the sprawling Asteroid City to the Space Carnival, Jobert will make friends, defeat monsters, help people, save the stars and maybe get his plant. Maybe.

In Petrichor, Jobert & Friends fight their way through silly monsters. Following classic JRPG foundations, collect weapons like hammers, butter knife and boxing gloves; use wacky items and eat delicious donuts to restore health. When you attack an enemy, a QTE plays, and hitting it perfectly deals bonus damage!
