Pillars of Despair is a third-person action-adventure puzzle game set on the mysterious island of Valoria — a once-thriving land now consumed by forbidden magic. When its people sought power through taboo sorcery, they tore the veil between worlds and summoned the Pillars of Despair — ancient curses from the underworld that reshaped reality itself. Each Pillar radiates a unique curse that twists the land into something unrecognizable: endless blizzards, eternal fire, ceaseless rain, unbroken night, and the restless dead.
