Muezza Pill Dash is a short and relaxing arcade game about care and timing.
Guide Muezza, the fluffy cat, as she collects her cortison pills before the compliance timer runs out.
Start slow, but with each pill the game speeds up — simple, snappy, and endlessly replayable.

🕹️ Gameplay

• Move with Arrow Keys or WASD (mobile: swipe).

• Collect pills to earn points and increase your speed.

• Watch the compliance timer — if it runs out, you lose a heart.

• Lose all hearts and it’s Game Over!

• Press P or Esc to pause (the timer truly stops).

• R restarts, M toggles sound.
