Overview

“Trace of Gladius” is a VR sword action game that uses a VR device to fight monsters with a sword.
The player fights by using skills called Traces, which are activated depending on how the sword is swung.
The player challenges a total of four stages where fantasy-style monsters appear.

Game System [Trace]

In Trace of Gladius, the means of attacking monsters is limited only to the skill called Trace.
Attacks that do not use a Trace cannot deal damage to monsters.

A Trace has the following characteristics:

• One Trace is composed of one or multiple sword strokes.

• Sword strokes exist in eight directions: vertical, horizontal, and diagonal.
  Combined with which hand is holding the sword, there are a total of sixteen sword strokes.

• For example, a Trace called BladeFlow consists of three sword strokes:

  • Right hand: slash from upper right to lower left

  • Left hand: slash from left to right

  • Right hand: slash from left to right
