Acerca de este juego

Brutal Management is a darkly comedic management sim about keeping your workplace from collapsing into chaos — or embracing it completely.

Every worker in your shop has unique personality traits, moods, and motivations. They can be cheerful, lazy, stubborn, or emotionally unstable. Some respond to guidance. Others require… motivational maintenance. Push them too far and they’ll lie down, cry, or simply stare at the ceiling.

You can run your workplace casually — letting your NPCs fool around, take breaks, and eventually produce something. Or you can go full efficiency mode: take contracts with deadlines, calculate your team’s limits, and squeeze out maximum profit before everyone burns out.

As the manager, you’ll have to adapt. You can’t do all the work yourself — your own stamina is limited. Instead, you’ll need to read your workers’ moods and body language to understand when to push and when to let go. There are no Sims-like mood bars — you’ll learn to “feel” your crew the hard way.

Your goal is simple but demanding: build a profitable, well-oiled workshop. Earn money by completing production contracts, invest in better tools and machinery, expand your workspace, and unlock new recipes to increase efficiency and profit. Whether you rise to success or drown in absurd chaos depends entirely on how you manage your people.

Between stressful production runs, you can explore absurd side activities — sell pine cones to impatient customers, operate a physics-driven claw machine to collect materials, or simply mess around with the environment. Everything in the world reacts physically — from the tools and machines to the NPCs themselves.

The heart of Brutal Management lies in its physics-driven NPC system. Every character has multiple animation layers for the body, head, arms, and gestures — all blended with active physical simulation. NPCs interact with you and with each other in unpredictable, funny, and sometimes tragic ways.

Features:
• Unique NPC logic with personalities, moods, and emotional breakdowns
• Physics-based interactions for objects, machines, and characters
• Contract system with deadlines, production goals, and real consequences
• Workshop progression: upgrade equipment, expand, and optimize your business
• Absurd side activities and optional chaos
• No visible stats — learn your team by observing their behavior
• A blend of comedy, management, and physical absurdity
