Miksi Early Access?

We want players to experience the open world, survival systems, and large-scale horde battles early while we continue to refine and expand the game. Early Access allows us to gather valuable feedback on balance, performance, and gameplay direction, ensuring the final version reaches the quality we aim for.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

We plan to remain in Early Access until the game’s core systems, content, and performance reach the level of quality we’re aiming for. Development pace will depend on feedback and testing results. Roughly about a year, depending on feedback and development progress.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

We plan to expand the experience with additional features and improvements based on community feedback. Planned additions include:

- Base building: Create and customize shelters to store resources and defend against hordes
- Advanced AI behavior: Smarter enemy reactions, group tactics, and more dynamic encounters
- Expanded story missions: Narrative-driven content to give more purpose and progression
- New survival elements: Additional crafting, weather effects, and world interactions to deepen gameplay

The focus will be on refining core systems, improving performance, and adding more depth to the overall experience.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

The current Early Access version is fully playable and includes the complete open world map, survival and crafting systems, inventory management, and large-scale horde battles featuring up to 10,000 zombies. Players can freely explore, scavenge, and survive. Some features, such as AI improvements and base building, are still in active development and will evolve throughout Early Access.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

The price will stay the same during and after Early Access. The goal is to build a strong and lasting community, not to adjust pricing.

You wake up in a broken bunker beneath the quiet german suburb of Lößhagen. The systems that once kept you safe are dead. Outside, the quarantine walls still hold the remains of the Eisenstadt region.

Bioflux is an open world survival game set inside a vast quarantine zone filled with forests, suburbs and the ruins of a fallen city. You search for supplies, craft tools and build shelters while moving through abandoned streets and overgrown fields.

The infected are everywhere. Thousands of former residents still wander through the zone, drawn by movement and sound. The deeper you go, the greater the danger becomes.

Every part of the zone tells a story. Nature is taking back what is left, and something in the heart of Eisenstadt still stirs beneath the silence.

Survive, explore and uncover the truth behind the outbreak that changed everything.

Open Quarantine Zone
Explore eight square kilometers of forest, suburbs and the ruins of Eisenstadt. Weather and the day night cycle constantly change visibility and atmosphere.

Dynamic Horde System
Face thousands of infected. Some wander through the landscape while others wait in the ruins. They react to movement, light and sound and they do not forget easily.

Survival Under Pressure
Hunger, thirst and exhaustion shape every decision. Manage your resources or die trying.

Building and Defense
Build and reinforce shelters in key locations. Power, lighting and defenses decide whether you survive the night or join the horde.

Crafting and Exploration
Scavenge, loot and craft tools, weapons and equipment. Search hidden bunkers and old quarantine facilities buried in the wilderness.

Open Storyline
Discover the truth behind the fall of Eisenstadt piece by piece. Follow traces, recordings and forgotten places that reveal what really happened inside the zone.
